These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, pages, and online services operated by The Curator’s Bazaar LLC (the “Bazaar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any purchases or subscriptions you make (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Contracting Entity. The Curator’s Bazaar LLC.
Platform & Providers. Our site is hosted on Webflow with account/subscription management through Memberstack and payments processed by Stripe. Orders are fulfilled and shipped via USPS within the United States.
U.S.-Only. We currently ship only within the United States. We do not accept international orders.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to purchase. If you allow a minor to use your account, you are responsible for that use.
Keep your account credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
What we ship. Curated books and stationery (e.g., printed materials, recipe/track lists, and QR codes linking to playlists hosted by third parties). We do not include food or drink.
Perfume/Scent Cards. Some boxes may include cards scented with essential oils applied to paper or enclosed materials. These are for ambient fragrance only. Do not ingest, do not apply to skin, and keep away from eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you have fragrance sensitivities or allergies, please tell us during intake—see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.
Condition of Secondhand/Archive Items. Limited-edition or secondhand offerings (e.g., the “Past Lives Archive”) may include items with expected wear consistent with prior use and curation notes. Minor cosmetic imperfections are not defects.
Third‑Party Content. QR codes or links may lead to platforms like Spotify. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies—we don’t control or guarantee them.
Order Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory limits, or errors).
Pricing & Taxes. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are inclusive in the price.
Promo Codes. Promotions are time‑limited and subject to stated terms. We may modify or end a promotion at any time.
Transit. We generally ship via USPS, which typically arrives in 2–4 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.
Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We’ll help investigate carrier issues in line with the Damages/Missing policy below.
No International Shipping. We currently do not ship outside the United States.
How it works. Subscriptions auto‑renew on the day of the month that you first purchased (America/New York time) unless you cancel beforehand. When a month doesn't have that date, renewal takes place on the final day of the month.
Billing. Your payment method on file will be charged at each renewal. If a charge fails, we may retry and/or contact you to update payment.
Prepaid Plans (3/6/12 months). Prepaid plans are charged upfront. We will send a renewal reminder approximately one month before the end of your prepaid term. Cancelling a prepaid plan stops future renewals; any remaining, prepaid boxes will still ship.
Managing or Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account portal (Memberstack) or by emailing greetings@thecuratorsbazaar.com. To avoid renewal charges, submit cancellation before the day of the month that you first purchased (for example, if you bought your first purchase on the 10th, your renewal is the 10th of the month). Once a renewal is processed, charges are non‑refundable (subject to “Damages/Missing” below and applicable law).
Price Changes. We may change subscription prices with notice in accordance with applicable law. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle after notice.
Damages/Missing/Errors. If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received a duplicate selection in error, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or credit (at our discretion) as the sole remedy.
Undeliverable/Returned Packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship after you pay the applicable reship fee. Unclaimed packages may be treated as abandoned after a reasonable period.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, uploading malware, scraping, circumventing security, or engaging in harassment, hate, or abusive conduct. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content in the Services—including text, images, logos, packaging designs, curation notes, and the “The Curator” persona and narrative—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not use our marks, artwork, or content without prior written permission. You receive a limited, revocable license to access the Site for personal, non‑commercial use.
If you submit reviews, photos, or suggestions, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you don’t own or that violates others’ rights.
The Services may link to or integrate third‑party services (e.g., Spotify). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. Essential‑oil scent cards are for ambient fragrance only. Do not ingest or apply to skin; avoid eye contact; keep away from heat or open flame. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Individuals with allergies, asthma, or fragrance sensitivities should exercise caution or opt out by notifying us during intake. Follow any instructions enclosed with the product.
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE BAZAAR OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold The Curator’s Bazaar LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law, or your content.
We may modify or discontinue the Services (in whole or part) and update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or creates risk for us. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules, and the United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina for any dispute not subject to informal resolution.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions).
